Tips for use
Wash and dry hands before use Leave some air at the top of the bag to allow for expansion on freezing Store enough milk for one feed in each bag Immediately on filling, close the seal tightly, then record the time and date Store bags in order of filling Only open when ready to use the milk Do not refreeze after defrosting Do not defrost milk in the microwave or using hot water as this can destroy nutrients in the milk Discard any remaining milk after use
